Meet Julie Ryon

My name is Julie Ryon and I have been a Realtor since 2023.  I am a native of Columbus OH, born and raised in New Albany.  I have five children, 3 of them being step Adults and two teenage daughters who attend Westerville South High School.  Columbus has been a great place to reside and call home.  Even before I sold Real Estate I enjoyed helping people move and get to know Columbus. 

When I am not spending time with my family, I enjoy time volunteering at Church and strengthening my relationship with God.  Other favorite ways to enjoy time with others is watching movies, playing cards or board games, listening to music, walking all our fabulous parks and reading. 

My next step in life is to create lasting relationships with others helping them achieve their step in home buying or selling.  I welcome anyone who is looking to buy for their first time even if it’s two years from now to reach out.  I remember when I bought my first home and the patience those who help me get there gave me.  I look forward to paying it forward.  For those who are looking to downsize, I did that too and it takes a village to accomplish.  I love housing and spent the past almost 7 years in the rental world and would love to build my future in real estate.
